Tuition Fees for EU and non-EU nationals residing abroad
Information on the amount of tuition fees and fee waivers.
EU and non-EU nationals residing abroad fall into different tuition fee brackets based on their economic status, assessed through the Notional University ISEE.
EU and non-EU nationals resident abroad (both Italian citizens and foreigners) are automatically assigned a Notional University ISEE, calculated for groups of nations based on the World Bank’s annual classification of national incomes (the classification published in 2025 is considered for AY 2025/2026).
For enrolling students who have declared a residence abroad in their personal profile on the University Online Services (SOL), the Notional University ISEE will be calculated at the end of the online matriculation procedure, and the fee will be automatically proportioned to their Notional University ISEE indicator.
