2025/2026 Academic Year: Intake Rounds

The admission rounds for the 2025/2026 academic year will open at the beginning of December 2024. Please be sure to read the following information carefully and to have all the necessary documents in order.

INTAKE ROUNDS OPEN TO ALL APPLICANTS

First intake: from December 2, 2024 to February 21, 2025.

Outcomes will be notified by the admission boards approximately by March 14, 2025 (this is an estimated time, which may vary depending on the number of applications received).

Second intake: from March 17 to May 16, 2025.

Outcomes will be notified by the admission boards approximately by June 20, 2025 (this is an estimated time, which may vary depending on the number of applications received).

INTAKE ROUND OPEN ONLY TO EU CITIZENS AND NON-EU CITIZENS ALREADY RESIDING IN ITALY

Third intake: from July 7 to August 29, 2025.

Outcomes will be notified by the admission boards approximately by September 19, 2025 (this is an estimated time, which may vary depending on the number of applications received).

This intake is open only to the following applicants:
1. EU citizens (including applicants from Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Iceland, Norway, San Marino and Vatican City);
2. Non-EU citizens already living in Italy with a long-term residence permit or with a valid residence permit for:
• Work
• Family reunification
• Religious reasons
• Asylum
• Subsidiary protection
• Social protection
• Victims of domestic violence
• Labour exploitation
• Special protection
• Calamity
• Acts of special civil value
• Study (only for those applicants already enrolled in another accredited Italian higher education institution).

When landing on the portal, applicants listed under point 2 have to choose ITALY when the system prompts them to select the citizenship. During the application process, besides the other required documents, they have to upload a copy of their valid Italian residence permit.

The third intake is not open to non-EU citizens living abroad.
Applications from non-EU citizens living abroad will not be considered at this time and the application fee, if paid, will not be refunded.
